  • You request cancellation within 30 days and have not used more than 15% of the subscription period.


2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The issue is caused by your internet provider, device performance, or third-party apps.

  • You have used more than 30% of the subscription duration.

  • The request is submitted after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • The subscription has been successfully activated and delivered as described.
